The Bill (Reg.№3638) introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers, determines the authorities and duties of the public authority bodies, as well as that of separate institutions and enterprises. The Bill also determines the authorities of the authorized officials in the sphere of the planning and use of the working power in the period of martial law.
The Chairman of the Sub-Committee on Military Security, Oleksandr Kuzmuk announced that during the elaboration of the bill for the second reading, 4 propositions were directed from the subjects of legislative initiative. According to him, they were taken into consideration.
The Members of the Committee upheld the bill, the adoption of which "will facilitate the optimization of norms and principles of the effective law regarding the functioning of the public authority bodies under the conditions of special period and will also facilitate the employment of the citizen during the mobilization in the period of martial law".
